“for within your Soul lies the unopened mine of the wisdom of God” – Paramhansa Yogananda
Welcome to day 2 of the online Irish Inner Peace Pilgrimage. As a reminder remember to take a few minutes after watching the video below to sit and be still. Each day as you do this you will nourish that which helps you realise more peace and calm in your day. Take a long slow deep breath and as you breath out let go of all any tensions or worries you had. Bring all your awareness to the present moment. Surrender to it. Catch the beauty of it before it drifts away. Notice the wonderful sounds you can hear and the wonderful sights you can see. Rest, simply rest in the present.

Reefert Church Glendalough, Co. Wicklow, Ireland
Ok todays video was taken on 21st September in whats called The Reefert Church, Glendalough, Co. Wicklow.
The name Reefert derives from the Irish words “Righ Fearta” meaning “burial place of the Kings.” The church dates from c. 1100 AD. There is a wonderful sense of peace when you enter this church and light fills the whole place as it no longer has a roof. As you experience its silence you almost feel and hear the echoes of all those people who have being in this space before, some of them hundreds of years ago. I sometimes wonder what wisdom these people would offer our generation? What would they tell us about life and it’s true meaning? What would they tell us about ourselves and whats really important in life - love, peace, forgiveness, prosperity for all, abundance, honesty?
As you watch and listen to the video you might reflect on these questions. If you have any inspirations you’d like to share simply add them to the comments below.
May your most fulfilling dreams come true …

“for within your Soul lies the unopened mine of the wisdom of God” –
That’s beautiful, I repeated that often before my 3 minutes of silence, Sean. I love that quieting sense of connecting into God’s grace and peace.
What a great service you’re providing here with this 40 day pilgrimage, including your music which is lovely. I’m obviously getting a late start here, but the timing for me is just right — God’s timing.
Thank you again,
