It takes a lot of courage to show your dreams to someone else

A few years ago I met an English lady who decided what she wanted for her 50th birthday – a set of bagpipes! With no previous musical experience she took some lessons and learnt how to play. Not only did she learn to play, she flew over to Ireland to enter a bagpipe playing competition and came second!

It’s quite easy to stand on the side line and watch the game. It takes courage to get stuck in and have a go! Of course even if you think you’re not ready because the time isent right or you’re too in-experienced or you’re too experienced or you’re too old or you’re too young or you havent enough money or you’ve too much money or you never had a childhood or you have too many things to do or you havent the time, or or or or or … you will always learn something by having a go! So when is the best time to have a go?

Now! Now is the only time! Even if its only for one hour a week, it’s nourshment for your dreams. Even if you don’t know where it’s taking you but it FEELS BRILLIANT to be doing it then have a go! What do you feel is your next step? Have a go! I dare you!
