This peace cloth project was one of the most memorable things I have ever done. I'll never forget the day Sean forwarded this photo to me, of children from Iraq holding the peace cloth we had made the year before. I just wept with joy and felt so grateful to have been a part of it all.
It is so important to allow ourselves to say "YES" to an idea, and let the universe work out the details. In this case, the faith and positive intention behind the peace cloth project allowed doors to open and our peaceful intentions became something tangible that the people could touch and feel. Look at the faces of the smiling children! It is so worth the effort to reach out and do something in the spirit of peace. Even simply meditating on peace, as Sean suggests, contributes positive energy to the whole planet.
So whatever you choose to do on September 21st, remember as the song says..."peace begins with me." Each of can make a difference!
With love and peace,

How wonderful to see the photo of the power of intention made manifest.
We hope to hold a brief vigil with prayers for peace at our local Soup Kitchen in Northampton on friday and will join you in spirit at some point between 12.00 and 1.00. Thank you
