Try this powerful awareness exercise:

Think about something you would like in the future – a goal or a dream. Now take a moment to really think about the fact that this hasent happened yet. Now notice how you feel. Now think about the same goal or dream, suspend your disbelief and imagine that it has happened. Now how does that make you feel.When you think about something that hasent happened yet and “feel bad” then you are putting your energy into manifesting more “hasent happened yet, feel bad, nothing works for me” experiences. Is this what you really want to manifest?On the other hand, if you really imagine it has happened, this makes you feel good and this good feeling energy is the fuel which manifests the very goal/dream you want to happen. All you need then do is stay alert and act on how the universe responds to your good feeling energy!
